ISO 9001:2008 demonstrates that SAMSAT quality system is at par with those anywhere in the world and setting the stage for update and improvements whether is through it processes, infrastructure,
organization, operations, control of supplier, setting key indicators... as a mean to benefit consumers and communities of consumers, et al their citizens. This is a true credit to the competence of SAMSAT POLISI in
Greater Jakarta and other regions of Indonesia and in managing each of their processes in the key aspects of station management, resource management, realization of services, indicators & measurements, analysis,
updates and continuous improvement. 
SAMSAT Police Indonesia earns QMS ISO 9001:2008 certification status. The SAMSAT Police precints of the Greater Jakarta area are
continuing completion of quality management system (QMS) ISO 9001 : 2008 transition. The assessment audit of the city of Bekasi included assessors from California USA and from Indonesia. The
assessment team carries experience in the activities of SAMSAT and Law Enforcement. While many Police (POLISI) departments worldwide earn QMS ISO 9001 certification, SAMSAT in the Greater
JAKARTA region sets a stage to update and improve to serve its citizens. Implementation of ISO 9001 initiated 3+ years ago bearing other certification body and in 2010 completes transition to BRS certification.
